Can I get an estimate over the phone?
Every project and customer's needs are different, so we give free estimates after looking at the project and talking with the customer.
What areas do you serve?
Currently we serve the Madison County area in Mississippi which includes Madison, Gluckstadt, Ridgeland, Flora, and Canton.
What services do you provide?
We cover anything from basic lawn care to home building. Contact us if the service you are looking for is not listed and we will be glad to see
if we can assist you.
How can I contact Turf Solutions?
You can call our office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. However, most of our professionals spend their days out in the field, not in the
office. You will be able to leave a voicemail for them at any time. Your message will be returned within one business day.
What billing options do you have?
We have found billing monthly is the preferred way. We send invoices out at the beginning of each month for the previous month's services and
payments are due by the 15th of the month. There is a late fee for payments not received by the 15th. We accept cash, check and we can set up
a payment plan for certain circumstances.
Lawn Care and Maintenance
What happens if it rains?
We take pride in our work and we want our customer's property to stay manicures. If it rains, we will provide services as soon as the weather
permits and the grounds allow for it.
Do you provide any one time services?
Most of our services can be a one time deal and will usually need to be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
How do I know what day you will cut my yard?
If you have weekly or bi-weekly services, we will be by the same day each week. If it is for a one time service, then it will depend on our schedule.
Do I have to sign a contract?
If you want yearly service or have a large project, we do write up a contract that is equally agreed upon.
Construction
Are you licensed and insured?
Turf Solutions does have licensed contractors and does have insurance for all work performed.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer warranties on our work and materials and we provide you with information for the manufacturer warranties on products we install.
Do I have to be home when you are working at my home?
It is not necessary for you to be home while the work is being performed. Most customers will leave a key out, gives us a key, or a garage code.
We do prefer, for your safety, that you stay away from the work site until the work is completed or one our employees verifies that it is safe.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Once we discuss your project and your needs, we will be able to give you a estimate of when the work will be started and when it will be
completed. It all depends on the weather, what material needs to be ordered, etc.
